I agree with you, i also think Ortiz is the most well-rounded fighter out of those guys and i would give him the best chance to compete with AJ.

I just can't see how Wilder would be able to beat him, his sloppy defense and telegraphed punches are not the kind
of flaws you want to have going into the ring with Anthony Joshua.

 

Exactly. How anyone can favour Wilder against Joshua is beyond me.

 

Wlad still has the best chance against Joshua...you cant detract someones abilities bc of their age,certainly not coming off a great fight either...its illogical and a moot point...Wlad has the power and certain skills the others dont combined with being 6'6....this is what you look at not age...thats just stupid.

 

Of course Wlad has the best chances but it doesn't seem like he wants the rematch at the moment so i didn't count him.

 

I think Povetkin has the highest chance of all the top fighters right now.

 

I hope hes looking at wilder and playing the wait game...though waiting for that guy he may be 43 to get to that fight. lol

 

Wilder avoids Dillian Whyte like the plague, i don't think he would fight Wlad Klitschko.

 

$$$ Wlad could throw a ridiculous amount at at him.He could also become mandatory as well at number 2 ranked but Wilder hasnt fought any mandatory yet..so we know it means little.

 

I think Wilder continues to fight the likes of Stiverne, maybe Breazeale or Jarrell Miller before he gets his cash out
fight against Joshua.

 

I think no. I think AJ stops Povetkin , and will have an easier time than against Wlad.

 

Shame we'll never know. I can't see Joshua fighting him any time in the next two years and Povetkin will be an old man if he ever gets a shot. I think Povetkin is still top 5, which is why I was so excited when Wilder was going to fight him. Now, I'm not sure he'll get out from under the drug thing to ever fight anybody big ever again. It's too bad because Luis Ortiz and Tyson Fury have drug problems of their own and it would be nice to see a round robin between the three of them.

Wlad kept Pov at bay with his jab and clinching. Joshua has to much power for Pov to even try and get up close. KO in the later rounds to Joshua.

 

Agreed. Povetkin doesn't get the credit he deserves for the skills he has now days and we both know why. His hands are very fast and his combos have gotten better over the years.
