Paul Williams after beating Margo he lost to Quintana immediately re-matched Quintana then moved up in weight. Not to mention PBF was not even fighting while all this was going on.

Pac declined to fight while both were still prime because of testing this has been well documented by Roach not only that Arum never wanted that fight to take place and did everything in his power to put it off as long as possible. PBF later fought him and beat him in one of his easiest fights in years.

Mosley avoided PBF when he was at 147 later said he needed to get his tooth fixed only to get damn near shut out years later by PBF.

Alot of these fights didn't get made because of timing, Arum and guys not wanting to take the risk of taking on PBF. Boxers knew how good PBF was back then, they all knew he was the truth.
