Just want to know your thoughts. Seems that some folks prefer that Hatton retires while others want to see him in more big fights.

    What do you think?

    :think

I wouldn't mind seeing him face another top jr welter, maybe get one more chance, see how he peforms.

its ironic that people say hatton shouldn't fight anymore when the reason why people ask these questuons about him is because he took more risks than any other british fighter of his era.

thats a shallow point of view.

i think he has more in the tank, but if i had his money i wouldn't bother. What else can he prove. He was a good champion and can probably easily regain a champion belt at 140 division but soon as meet an elite it's gona be gudnite.

As a fan i would like to see him return for one last hurrah against a credible opponent.....but i will support him in whatever decision he makes....

i would like to see him against either cotto, marquez, mayweather 2, or bradley

juan diaz he would destroy IMO

I can't see any big winnable fights out there for him but if he wants to carry on then that's his business. If he wants to carry on for the glamour he'd still get it if he wound down his career in the European ranks, he's that popular people are always going to turn out for him, if he just wants money from big fights then he's going to get ko'd a couple more times imo-the only winnable big fight that's out there for him is Khan-Bradley would batter him, I think Alexander might too, he'd never get another fight with Pac or Mayweather and if he did he'd lose again, Cotto would batter him, who else is there?

I would favor hatton against almost all the top 10 at 140, with the exception of alexander, peterson, and bradley is 50/50 with slight edge to hatton.....i think hatton matches up better against marquez then somethink, we all saw what a pressure fighter in juan diaz did early on to marquez....and hatton does everything better then diaz IMO....footwork was always one of hatton's better attributes...diaz its non-existent

Physically, he can still do it I reckon. I don't think he has detiorated in that sense. It's just he can't take a good shot anymore, so far that reason he should call it a day.

He should stay out for a little while. He took some beatings and should take his time coming back if he does.

At 30 years old, he can take another year off and find some new trainers. Floyd senior and him were not a good pair.
