Do you think some of the first-time PPV buyers will be turned off a few weeks from now when they're asked to buy Floyd-Shane?

I think it could possibly have a slight effect. I will be buying it, personally.

    What you guys think?

I personally don't, since I won't be collecting any of it... But in this instance I think it has its relevance in the way the potential Pac-Floyd fight could be negotiated.

GBP would pour it on the promotions. floyd-mosley would do well irregardless of what happened to pac-clottey.

The promotion will be huge, but also, casual fans and even non-fans recognize the names Floyd Mayweather and Shane Mosley. That name recognition alone heightens interest and sells tickets.

No. It should do more in PPV since there are 2 big names here and the fight is a decade overdue.

on the contrary now that Pac has called out the winner of PBF vs Mosley in his post fight interview, all the Pac fans will tune in to that fight.

    its a boost if anything

No, if it was the case that fans didnt come back after seeing a boring fight, Floyd would have very little fans left after the DLH, Baldomir & JMM fights.

Pac passed his test. If anything, it will just improve the numbers, people are more interested now to see if PBF can pass his test to create that pac-pbf showdown.
