Do you think you'd have the Power to Knock out Glass Jawed Khan?

This is obviously a bait thread for the glass jaw brigade. Some of the answers here will be great.

 

Maybe de-hydrated 135lb Khan, bearing in mind I'm 20 pounds bigger...:think

I can punch harder and faster than most friends, and I was only an amatuer boxer, I doubt it but I'd love a crack... ha.

In all seriousness though, no. These guys are trained fighters, you won't get to that level of either olympic or proffesional sucsess if you can't take a shot even from Joe Bloggs off of a street.

But in all seriousness I can throw a pretty good straight right / right hook for my size (5'7 - 140 llbs) but only one punch? Nah I dont think id put Khan down . . . however when I was 16 and even predicted Khan would get starched by prescott (only due to how annoying he was) I said that id KO Khan

But seriously Khan is a great boxer, and after taking flush shots from Maidana I dont think I could KO him with one punch . . . . handcuff the ***** and let me go to town and it will be a different story :hey

might wobble him but I doubt it would cause a KO in one. do you box in the amateurs? if so American or British? I may be wrong but i heard they use a different point system in american amateurs

They should get him on Mythbusters to see if glass really can shatter when exposed to powerful voices.

Um...probably not. I have KOed a guy bigger than Khan, but that was bare-fisted. Khan and I are probably about the same size naturally (I walk around at 163), and I'd have gloves.
