no. for the same reason i dont want margerito to win. the only fights in boxing the majority are truly hungry for is pac - may, haye klit... these guys gotta win there fights 4 the hope these bouts can still take place
I want Audley to win. For a few reasons: 1) Haye needs to pay for toying with the expectations of the boxing fans. 2) People say they want to see Klit-Haye fight. But Haye losing to any Klit won't be punishment enough for him. There's no shame in losing to a Klitschko. Losing to Audley, however... 3) a re-post of my comment to an article on the subject: 'I used to like David Haye; I've been following him for some 5 years. The beating he put on Enzo was classic. But once he moved up to heavies it looked like he got a personality change. Running his mouth all the time, talking for months about who he's going to fight next. Ambushing Wlad at press conferences, then pulling out of two fights with the Klit brothers. Running circles around Valuev to get the title... The only decent thing he did since beating Enzo was to retire Ruiz - thank God for that, but not enough to rehabilitate him. He runs his mouth like a woman - can't let anything go and always has to be the last to speak. When your wife or girlfriend tells you off for something, just think of David Haye and see the similarity! Audley, on the other hand, behaves like a drug addict trying to recover. Big, lumbering guy, promising to do better and then doing the old thing again. If you compare a bitchy woman running her mouth, and a drug addict swearing he wants a better life, who would your sympathies be with? So, even though I think Haye today has much better chance to win and I wouldn't be putting any money on Audley, I sincerely hope Audley knock David unconscious. Carl "The Cat" Thompson taught David a lesson and I think he is long due another one. '
I want Harrison to win this. Not only because I can't stand Haye... No, because Audley winning would be better for the HW division. Haye may be one of very few charismatic and recognizable fighters in the division, but he won't back up his words with actions. He will hold his belt hostage with easy defenses until he retires in some years. He won't fight a Klitschko. At least not until Vitali might severely decline. Audley winning such a big upset would be huge news in UK and Europe - it would put the HW division into the spotlight again for a little bit, something the division badly needs. Also, with Audley being a belt holder, it would only be a matter of time before he'd lose that belt to someone better - or before he'd retire and vacant that belt. So I hope Audley will beat Haye, preferably by KO - Haye deserves nothing less for taking such a joke of a defense.
unbelievable. if a poll was made 2 months ago about this, im sure haye would have got the majority of votes WAR AUDLEY
if i remember right you have tickets to the fight? Where did you manage to get seats? im also going cannot wait
Audley...when he wins he will be dumb enough to fight a klit bro hopefully wlad so he can get one more belt and take another step to alltime greatness... F- haye...
Same here. Haye vs a K Bro will be a mega fight like we've not seen in many years.. So even though I really want Audley to win, don't want to see the potential mega fight screwed up.
Looking at Haye's best fight against Valuev it's hard to imagine a showdown with K2 would be a "mega fight".
Yes. Not because I want to see Haye fight a Klit, I dont think he has earned that right to be honest. Haye talked his way into the fight, then took the path of least resistance to pick up a title, realized he could extort money out of the British public because he has a paper title, but can officially claim he is a! HW champ, which is compounded by the fact he is fighting Harrison, as appose to Adamek, Arreola, Solis, Chagaev, Povetkin's of the world. Haye does not want to earn his his shot cause he knows he only has a punchers chance, and that at least one of the aforementioned has the potential to ruin his big payday that he talked himself into.
You think Haye's best fight was one where he fought 10 rounds with a broken hand? If that had been a Klitschko they'd have quit, for certain. Haye manned up and took the title. However, Haye deserves to be KO'd by Harrison just for taking this **** fight and having the nerve to make it PPV. It won't happen though, he'll beat the **** out of Harrison inside 3 rounds and move on to KO both the robot brothers.
Yes, and Arreola broke his hands on Adamek's head and he also manned up. Let's face it, if a boxer's hand is really broken badly the fight would not go on.
