Do you want to see boxing fights ended in similar way as Floyd-Ortiz fight?

Nobody wants to see the ending of a fight that does not come from the spirit of active competition.

:good I agree with that.....the fans were cut off at the knees in this one. Floyd got a KO win but that's not the way a champion wants to win....or at least MOST champions don't want to win in a way where their opponent was simply not ready. Again....I can't fault Floyd 100% simply b/c Ortiz started the whole thing with the butt. He did apologize but had that damaged Floyd for real we could have gotten a WORSE ending. It could have been stopped with out a real KO. At least Floyd gave us an entertaining fight with Ortiz and ended the night with a KO.....even though it was a two piece sucker punch.

 

Definitely not but I also dont want to see fighters allowing opportunities for others to exploit - Ortiz walked into that one...

 

Floyd wasn't justified in his sucker punch. Even if "TECHNICALLY" it was legal. Floyd was looking to get his own form of justice and took advantage of the situation. Floyd could have went about business as usual and gotten a LEGIT win without ANY contraversy. But that wouldn't be Floyd.

 

my god this is fukin sad. If Pac did that to Floyd I would laugh but i still wouldn't give Pac his props cause it was dirty (even if Maynever butted him).

 

i believe now that most floyd fans are children.

 

Hell yeah. Get more boxing on TV. News loved that ****. They were calling it the most incredible thing seen in the ring since Tyson beat Holy's ear off, and repeated it over and over.
