I'd prefer a JC and Pavlik fight....but not next.

JC and Jones would only serve to give JC a bigger name and therefore produce an even bigger event with Pavlik.

Pavlik, on the other hand, isn't quite ready for JC yet.

Let him get his Locketts and Rubios outta the way.

Than the big unifying fight with Abraham.

Than Pavlik-JC in summer or fall of 09.

Not too mention while Pavliks getting better the more he fights, JC will be getting older.

Which will help Pavlik even more when they meet up.

I know some think age isn't relevant but it probably is , so the older Joe gets the better Pavlik's chances get.

 

Pavlik is the better win he is still the respective top man of his division, is exciting to watch has plenty of people who would pick him to KO Calzaghe and is also young so even when Joe batters him, the win will continue to look better long into the future.

RJJ though, is Calzaghes retirement fund - But have no fear, if Kelly is keen on the idea I think we will see both!

 

Winky just pissed Arum off. Blew off many requests to fight Pavlik and is now pretty much DEMANDING a title fight. He only has three fights at middle weight, the last over a year ago. zzzzzzzzzzzzz......

I personally don't want to see a RJJ fight, I agree with many people on these boards, there is nothing to prove with that fight. RJJ is past his prime and so is Tarver. Pavlik or Carl FrochI would like to see fight Calzaghe, both are in their prime and hungry for success.
