I'd want to see someone like Yuriorkis Gamboa, Nonito Donaire, Vic Darchinyan, Timothey Bradley, Paulie Malignaggi, Juan Diaz, Amir Khan, Victor Ortiz move up in weight and face bigger and better oppositions.

If you want a good matchup, let them move up a division.

If you want a PPV fight, let them move up or down a weight.

If you want to see them fight top rank fighters, you gotta have a division full of talent.

Only Pacquiao in recent times has made that jump. As a boxing fan, I'd like to see more boxers in several different division.

That's for the boxers to decide what their body responds to.

It's stupid to say "hey move up, I want to see you fight at 140"

Not generally, no. I'd rather see a boxer unify their primary division than chase big money fights, particularly when they aren't the best fights, across multiple divisions. For a very small subset of fighters it makes sense, but for most I'd rather they stay in their division and clean house there before they look at moving up in weight.
