Dodson/quigley - good little fight?

I also hope the winner fights Smith. He had a good return to form on the khan - barrara undercard. Although he frustrates sometimes, top skills, and knockout power. he would blow away either dodson or quigley IMO

 

I agree Smith should win either potential match-up, but it all depends on which Paul Smith turns up, and lets not forget either Dodson or Quigley would be coming off a morale-boosting win.

 

Paul Smith should get a shot at the winner, but I really think he should have stayed down at middle, he looked quite fat at middle so i dont know why he's moved up really, I think Kenny Anderson will beat them all once he's had a few more fights though.

 

the winner will probably be mandated to fight magee or there is probably a deal in place with hayemaker which would explain why the magee fight was not delayed and magee just vacated.

Smith is with Warren so he will jsut end up going for the commonwealth. smith has been very poorly promoted and managed by Warren, they really could of built on the contender show sucess, but he just put him in 8 rounders and english titles, he was ready for british 2 years ago.

I'll be there but I bought my ticket based on the fights that have been called off. I said on here that I was worried about this bill and Dave Coldwell told me 'don't worry' :nono

Anyway, must admit I've not seen much of Quigly but I'm looking forward to seeing him. I rate Dodson, like him and knowing next to nothing about Quigley I'm rooting for him.

 

I Kinda agreee with you. I am a Smith fan and have been for ages. Warren needs to remember that he is not looking after a new pro, Smith needs stepping up, or he will become a nearly man through no fault of his own

 

I thought Smith looked strong sharp and focused. He looks a natural SMW. Kenny Anderson would have the **** beaten out of him, he just looked as if he had nothing last night.

 

Trust me mate that was not a 100% kenny anderson last night, he had a terrible night last night due to breaking a rib early on, I 100% confident he would take care of all the current SM.

Quigley has no strength for **** and workrate troubles him. Smith will ko him as long as he stays agressive.

Wasn't Dodson a much better fighter before the car crash injuries?

 

Quigley did well to get his man out of there, but not in smiths league. Smith is on top of his game at the moment, and wouldn't have any trouble getting quigley out of there in about 4-6 rounds.
Smith needs a challenge, and he needs to be matched up with magee, Smith wants it, Wareen just needs to take the risk with smith, who is a really talented kid
