    true but every board seems to have it's own weaknesses, it's such a problem with boxing and it's got to eb the only sport i can think of with this gaping weakness

    Back in the 80s. Indeed to break the BBB of C, ****** set up a rival Board (the National Boxing Council), that was sanctioned by the WBA.

    Then the BBB of C tried the same trick when ****** was getting Terry Marsh an IBF shot, but backed down once agian when Frank threatened them with legal action.

    They sanctioned Hatton - N'dou, don't see why they wouldn't do it again. Fairplay if they dont let WBU/F whatever title fights happen here, but why try to stop a fighter from travelling elsewhere to win one? It wasnt long ago Willie Limond was WBU champ, right here in the UK.
