I would like to know your opinnion on this... Does a trainer has a prime or a pick as we describe that boxers have?

Some time ago when Trinidad fought Winky his father/trainer came back to PR and said that part of his son's defeat was due to his lack of seeing or noticing certain things that were happening during each round, therefore he couldn't give Tito the right instructions.

Another case of a possible example of this could also be Emmanuel Steward. I really respect the guy as a HOF trainer but I am not sure if he has it anymore...

Could the same be said about Dundee and Nacho?? To be honest with you all, seeing what happened on Saturday night, it seems that they were not doing a preety job giving instructions to Oscar, plus it also seems that they didn't have a game plan for the fight.

    What do you think?

i think it makes sense. everyone gets less sharp and less alert as they age. I'd suspect that the "prime" for trainers is a hell of a lot larger window than the one for actual fighters, though.
