Does Ali start at Cruiserweight or does he pass it to go to heavyweight?

He would start as light-heavy or cruiserweight in terms of size in his first pro fights, but not necessarily go for world titles at those weights. He would aim for heavyweight title from the beginning.

Cruiserweights are 190 lbs, Muhammad Ali was usually between 207 and 212 lbs in the 1960's. I think fans of today are enamored by weight and size. As I posted, people of all generations are impressed by their contemporaries, like many of us with the heavyweights of the past. When Ali defended against George Chuvalo on March 29 1966, he weighed his heaviest at the time, 214 lbs, he later said, he felt sluggish, sometimes too much weight is bad for the heart, later in life can cause coronary issues. Back then fighters were very serious about their physical condition and trained very hard without the use of Modern (Steroids) Nutrition unlike today.

Or remain at about the size of David Haye, with the assistance of juice to improve body composition, speed, stamina, etc. while remaining at a lower weight. So 6'3" 220.

    No good at all.

I can't imagine an 18 year old Ali having any success weighing 240.

Why would the existence of cruiserweight division have any influence on Ali bulking up to 240? At a young age too?
    I don't follow the logic.

Ali would have looked like a blimp, he was pudgy at the end of his career. Ali looked great at 212 lbs, good muscle definition, and it was Natural, not phony.

There is a reason for the underlined.
There is no logic to follow.
