Does Andre Ward walk around at 215lbs between fights?

Seriously! A stone a day on the week of the weigh in? GTFOH

 

not even 215. Ward is HW in his spare time - more like 220-225. He doesn't walk when in between fights - he rolls.

 

No ****ing way has Ward ever been anywhere near 215lbs, that's 47lbs he'd have to lose to make weight. He walked in the ring with Dawson at 176lbs, your mate is telling you Ward walks around with an extra 39lbs of muscle and fat between fights. No chance.

 

Good post. Ward is always in shape and a very discipline athlete. The max 180 pounds is on point.

Toney on the other hand did some crazy stuff. He weighed around 210 pounds 6 or 7 weeks before the Roy Jones fight.

 

there is a video on youtube where ward says he wont move up to light heavyweight yet as he is not a light heavyweight , he then says this is due to him only walking around between 190 and 200 lbs, I cant remember what I was looking at on youtube but its there.

I would doubt any fighter these days walks around at there fighting weight, it would put them at massive disadvantages during the bout, they all will re-hydrate

 

I doubt Ward goes over 190.

Well, between fights for Andre Ward is 1-2 years or more.

 

Probably 185 at the most.

 

Never again precede "Andy" with "boxing expert". He's definitely not one. Ward walks around in the mid to low 180s whether fighting or not. He stays in shape.

 

This pretty much. Ward doesn't look that big, I'd be surprised if he walked around above 190 never mind 215.

 

Dayum they must have good food in Oaktown. I doubt he gets over 200.

 

Ward always posts training pictures on instagram and he looks no more than 185.
