    Simple question:

I've been told losses don't matter on resumes, so we can write off Joshua's 3 losses in his last 5 bouts. Does he STILL have the best resume at HW?

Well by that logic, if Usyk beat Joshua who has the best resume, then that means that Usyk now has the best resume.

    Losses do count on resumes.
Experience is still experience even if you get laid off or fired.

    Fury's top 5 wins:

    Wlad away
    Wilder away
    Wilder away (dethroned)
    Cunningham away
    Wallin neutral

    Draw: Wilder away

    Usyk's top 5 wins:

    Joshua away
    Joshua neutral (dethroned)
    Briedis away
    Hunter away
    Chisora away

    Joshua's top 5 wins:

Wlad home (dethroned, 17 months inactive, winless in 2 years, KO-less in 2.5 years, final career fight)
    Povetkin home
    Ruiz neutral (big ring, untrained)
    Whyte neutral
Parker home (bodyguard referee, dodgy cornerman)

Losses: Ruiz away NOMAS7, Usyk home 8-4, Usyk "neutral" 7-5

In terms of wins, AJ's got the 3rd best HW record. If losses are weighted heavily he drops below Wilder, and Joyce if he dominates Parker.

The most in depth record of winns against quality opponents? yes by a mile. Best record? No that's the guys who has beaten the guy with the best record in the diviosn back to back in Usyk.

I'd rather have losses on my record and have beaten a lot of top HWs (AJ) than to have fought cherry picked soft opponents and fewer losses.

This protect the "0" ideology that prevents tops fighter fighting other top fighters for risk/reward - needs to go. Respect one of top fighters that fought all the top fighters in his divison and one's he hasn't he attempted to make the fights with (AJ for instance with Fury and Wilder turning down mutipke offers).

Did Michael Spinks suddenly have a better resume than Larry Holmes at heavyweight after beating him twice?

Joshua's body of work hasn't changed, he just isn't the champion (one of the champions) any more

Fury's resume, Wlad, 40 and well past prime. Wilder, never had a prime, Cunningham, 37 and couldn't cut it at cw anymore, Wallin, never had a prime.

Wins, draws and losses are all included on the resume. All fights took place.
