I've seen some of the chin experts on the general forum suspect that AJ is harbouring a Glass Jaw.

What's the argument for this? Amateur knockdowns? Sparring rumours?

Now considering what's happened with Price lately, and before that Fraudley....

My question is do you think AJ has a Glass Jaw?

He was wobbled numerous times with headgear on in the Olympics and was heavily floored by Dillian in the amateurs with head gear on.

Likewise Price had a history of getting dropped in the amateurs specifically by tyson fury, but his old fanboys use to say it was only because he was green

A glass chin doesn't grow into stone, it always remains glass.

There is no reason, he may end up with a glass jaw but nobody knows, the people who claim it are just idiots trying to make up stuff because they hate him due to his success.

I just outlined the reasons above.

Wobbled in the olmpics, watch it on youtube if you want and dropped by Dillian Whyte all with heavily padded headgear on

And why would anyone in their right mind be jealouse of people getting hit in the head for a living?

It's like saying people are jealouse of Muhammed Ali because they don't think he is the greatest boxer that ever lived.

    Jealous of Parkinsons?

Not glass but I do believe a KO will be needed to beat him.

He never got dropped in the worlds or Olympics even after going toe to toe in the final of worlds with a big puncher. He is far from glass Chinned. He may get dropped at some stage but he is certainly not another price.

How do you know he's not another Price?

This very forum thought Price was the best thing since Lewis, and look what happened. There's rumours going round that Joshua could be Price.v2

AJ has a GLASS jaw that's why he feels the need to hide behind those odd muscles

I know he's not another price by following his career. Price got dropped 17 or 18 times at high level as an Amatuer stopped several times. Josh had tough fights in the worlds and Olympics and never looked like going down once. Granted it's bigger gloves & headgaurds but if a fighter has such a glass chin trust me against that level of competion we would of seen it.

I am far from jumping on the josh bandwagon but this forum says people are glass jawed if there anything below jake la motta!!! It's mental. I think personally it's going to be his stamina that ends up being his downfall which will then lead him to getting stopped. I honestly can't see how someone so muscle bound will be able to fight hard for 12 rounds but only time will tell

Agree, until then it's purely speculation.

Furthers the discussion as to what constitutes a glass jaw too. If you're wobbled but don't really go down (Tim Bradley), does it still count? Whereas Rigo has been down a few times, but has never been wobbled. Is that better?
