This. Plenty of fight footage exist that will never be put on youtube. Coach Salvador Villa, who was the head trainer at my old gym the fight factory had footage of Jimmy Young vs. Earnie Shavers 2 and Jack Johnson vs. Pat Lester and plenty of other footage, but he charged people to look at it and would never put his stuff online.
No, that was from the collection of my football coach Matthew Tucciarone, who’s been deceased since 2004. His son Matthew Jr. still has his collection. I talked to Jr. at his 84th birthday earlier this year about having access to some of the footage, which he said I can have access to after doing him a favor.
