Armstrong was such a phenomenal fighter. He was a much naturally smaller man though. No doubt Armstrong is a top five all time pound for pound bad ass. My dream fight would be him and Duran at 135.

You don't have a good comeback response, and that's OK.

Brother I will bury you on Ty Cobb & baseball history. Leave you in the dirt. You thoughts so far on it have been bordering on idiotic at best. Stick to not knowing boxing instead. You are obviously a person who believes everything now is better and knows nothing but peripheral knowledge of any sport. No use arguing with your kind.

I guess you missed the parts in this thread where I praised Henry Armstrong and picked Billy Conn as a guy that could beat McCallum because of his style. No I don't think everything now is better but I also don't overrate guys that are clearly not as talented. Maybe we should just go our separate ways on this forum since it's obvious I am right and you are wrong and too stubborn to admit it.

Since you love to make generalizations about me I guess I will make one about you. You seem to be the type of guy that wishes things were like they were in the late 1800's and early 1900's. A place where certain kinds had advantages over others that are not deemed worthy in your eyes of the same opportunities. You love to overate those dudes that you know in your heart wouldn't be **** in any other era that didn't draw the color line. You can't go back my friend. Unlike your hero's day, it's not your world anymore

I was born in 1982 you fool. Classic lib you once more call someone a racist when you can't win yr arguement. Pathetic. You just exposed yourself to the forum awarded. Those who continually call others racist are generally it themselves. Pathetic.

Assuming the pre-Robinson era is pre-1950s then the Black Murderer's Row of 30s/40s middleweights would all be in with a good chance of beating McCallum - probably trading wins and losses like they did with each other. In fact, if McCallum had been around in that era, he probably would have been one of them.
