then you want a bodybuilding routine.

Why are you moving up in weight? Are you an undisputed champion at the weight you are now?

Im having oats with a little brown sugar for breakfast, about 11ish i have a protien shake and a couple of slices of brown bread, for lunch im have two chicken breasts and some brown pasta, for dinner after the gym i have a smoothie or some thing and generally during the day i have a few apples or a banana, i tried the tuna but the smell is so bad i could not face it, im still taking a few supplements as well, cod liver oil, glucosamine, l carnitine, whey protien. i do feel alot better i do think that loosing all that weight was a big issue with my energy levels from previous posts but you and rdj woke me up a bit.

Yea i've had it checked but im at the gym tonight i will get it checked there tonight to be 100%

if you were 79 kg at 6 foot 2, naturally big, and only 7% body fat, whoever was telling you to fight at 75 kg's was an idiot, especially considering how you were on these forums complaining that you had no energy. It was obviously due to the fact your body does not like weighing so little.

My advice is to not try and put on muscle, but just eat well, and train boxing hard, and see what weight you naturally sit at, before deciding to go up or down. Then if you need to, add or subtract a little to take you into the upper limit of your class.

Just let yourself weigh what you weigh. Train hard, eat right, and fight in the division that comes naturally.

Is that everything you eat? Where are the vegetables? Drop the supplements and focus on basic nutrition if you want to feel good. It amazes me how people reach for a supplement before they know the first thing about nutrition.
Most supplements are "Oh there's 15 different processes for this to happen, this amino acid is part of that 1 process so theoretically if we give someone a shitload of this one amino acid it will do something good we guess". Studies show that it doesn't, even your glucosamine has very little evidence to suggest that taking it does any good.

Figure out how much energy you need and have a variety of nutritious foods. It's not as exciting or easy as taking a supplement but it makes all the difference.

You've got a DEXA scanner at your gym? :huh
