    That's a real big if.

Anyone know what's happened to him BTW? I know Anthony fought not so long ago, but 'Dre just seems to have dropped off the planet (I think he kinda lined up a fight or two, then dropped out).

TBH I'm of the opinion he ain't gonna be fighting again.

If going into the biggest fight of his career didn't give Froch enough motivation and adrenaline then he's in the wrong business, and if anything I (among many others) felt the scorecards in Atlantic City were biased in favor of him. Ward beat him handily, and he did it with a broken hand.

Froch was well beaten, and claims to have learned his lesson, and everyone can see the improvement since that fight, confidence and boxing wise.
It's more that there is nobody else at SMW that can cause Ward problems, and Ward would shut everyone up for good by travelling and doing the same or better again. Froch doesn't have many fights left and is well respected by everyone in the sport. Not a bad scalp at all.
Which fight would you rather see him take on at the weight?

LOL at anyone who say's Froch, Ward completely dominated him with one hand.

Someone he hasn't already beaten handily. Hasn't Golovkin talked about moving up to fight him? Give me that fight.

That's all well and good but you don't give a fighter a rematch after dominating them with one hand. Id like to see him give someone else a shot maybe ggg at 168 or stevenson at 175. Just someone new with Ward going against a style we haven't seen him against in a while.

Im a much bigger Froch fan than Ward, but he was dominated. It wouldn't be any closer anyplace else in the world, just like Bute will always get his ass kicked by Froch. It's not a home advantage thing, it's a styles thing.

    Dirrell was never beating Ward.

Even before the S6, it was clear who the better Andre was. (for the same reasons I always picked Bradley over Alexander: the one with the combination of more brains, adaptability, versatility and toughness will overcome the one with the combination of more speed, athleticism, southpaw awkwardness, slickness, and yes, greater power - every time.

...except in Hopkins vs. Dawson II. :!:

On what grounds did you pick Matthysse over Garcia?

No. Even a prime-active Andre Dirrell would not beat Ward.

Stevenson is a smw. Ward could fight him. But he won't.

    :good

If I was a fighter I would never travel to fight in the UK . . . Ward would have to win by KO to get a split decision.
