Does any version of Froch defeat Andre Ward? And could he have improved in a rematch?

I'm not sure if there were ever any serious talks regarding a rematch but how would he have fared?

No...I love Froch, but Ward was just the better more complete fighter.

Ward is a bad match up for Froch.

I think Froch himself said, Ward was unbeatable. I think he meant for anyone (which is clearly not true) but he definitely meant he couldn't...

Over 15 rounds or any format it’s Ward all day long as he is better than Ward at every facet of the game skills, speed, Ring IQ, physical strength etc.

Honestly no. I do think he would of done better in the rematch had Ward dared to come over to the UK, but it wouldn't of been enough to win. He'd of given it his all and I think tested Ward a little more, but in the end he would of come up short against a guy who was just simply better and smarter in the ring.

I heard Carl say he didn't really want a rematch. He said he found Ward horrible to fight. I reckon that's as close as you'll get to Carl accepting an opponent was better than he was. Still love him though.

Froch tried to get Ward over to Nottingham for a rematch but Ward doesn't fight overseas so didn't want it. Such a shame, would've probably been a harder fight for Ward but you would still favour him as he done a number on Froch.

...Just to add, Wilder has more chance of beating Fury than Froch ever did ,ever will have of beating Low blow Ward...

No. Froch is an ATG SMW IMO but Ward is too clever for him.
