I don't believe he is shot from the evidence of his last two fights but it is unfair to suggest that, after his next fight, no one should be allowed to proclaim his shot-er-ness, because, it is impossible for us to tell from here.

Boxers, as you will know, can look great one fight and then in their next, a few months down the line, have obviously run out of steam. We will just have to wait and see.

If Ricky is shot, everyone will see it as his whole game relies on pace, energy and full on agression.

Incidentally. One thing that has worried me about Ricky for the last half a year or so, is that he has that look in his eyes that fighters get when they start getting a little punch drunk. I have also noticed a lot of slurring of words and jumbling his sentences. Of course, he was never a wordsmith but I would be very interested in hearing if any of you have noticed this too, or if you think I am talking shite.

    Really?

So, when several polls have been taken, World wide about nations with the besty comedy or humour and the UK has ALWAYS been number one?...

When most people around the World say that Brits have the best humour?

When Americans (the ones who know about comedy) ALWAYS, ALWAYS go on about how good British comedy is?...

Do you not think that it might just be that you are wrong and have a terrible sense of humour?

Who exactly are you talking about anyway? It is obvious that you aren't a fan of decent comedy or else you wouldn't be saying that. I'm sure I could list a load of British comedians who are respected World wide and you wouldn't know one.

Finally... You, as an American,. should be very careful talking about comedy*.

*that isn't to say all US comedy is bad. You have made some of the best comedy shows of all time. You have some awful sitcoms but you also have one of the best and as far as I'm concerned, in Richard Pryor, you easily have the best stand up comedian of all time!

Chapelle is fantastic and it is a shame he is becoming a hermit as he has easily been one of the best, most intelligent, observational AND da-daist comic of the last ten years.

    Williams is ****.

Eddie Murphy, including RAW was ****ing TERRIBLE!! Really bad!! I used to love it when I was a kid but, after all, I WAS a kid. I think I just buzzed with the swearing.

Shame you know nothing about Daniel Kitson, Stewart Lee, Steve Coogan, Les Dawson etc etc etc and I could name 5 times as many brilliant British satirical comedians.
