Just curious if anybody knows anything about how many press ups he can do. How much he can branch press, squat, deadlift, curl etc?

I think that was set up for an advert. I've heard people talking about it before.

I've watched quite a few of his training videos and I've never seen him bench or curl at all. He does squats and hexbar deadlifts but he usually goes light and fast rather than heavy and uses resistance bands along with the weights. Much of what he does seems to be designed for speed and power not max strength so he may not even max out on these lifts.

Based off of videos I've seen he doesn't do a typical weight training program, he does body weight stuff, medicine ball throws, agility drills, suspension training and then some weights but all sport specific.

Obviously he's got to be pretty strong. Seen in 2016 he was doing hexbar deadlifts with resistance bands with 190kg for reps.

Best post so far, thank you. 190kg with resistance bands for reps is pretty impressive, was he doing that for speed as well, or was he taking the reps slowly?

The resistance bands suggest he was doing it for power, nobody lifts 190kg quickly. He did it in a controlled manner, I'm sure he could of lifted far more if needed to.

Athletes generally dont curl or spend time doing bodybuilding excercises. Lifting Weights can help athletic performance but generally not isolation exercises

There is a picture of him on Instagram with two 90 pound Dumbbells, and he is sitting on a bench. Don't know what lift he was doing, because there are quite a few he could be doing using a bench. He never really gives out many details like Whyte does when he uploads pictures and videos.

I've never seen him do bench and believe it or not his chest is actually rather under developed compared to the rest of him, I doubt he does much training for his chest. Only chest exercise I've seen him do is a iron cross press up on a suspension trainer which is very hard to do, as he's huge and it was in a fully horizontal position.

As for what he could of been doing with those dumbbells hard to say, maybe split squats, I've seen him do it with barbells and resistance bands but plenty of people do the dumbbell variation.
