What's your height, weight and arm size (cold, not pumped?)

AJ has 19'' arms (from his website) at 6'6''

He squats, he deadlifts, he trains arms, back, chest etc. I know it for sure. Something is on video, but not too much.

Holyfield did it, too, and there's even less video with Holyfield lifting weights.

I can't hear what they are saying, so don't really no the relevance of the video. Thank you though.

He also wouldn't do it for real, because it would risk injury. No athlete would do any form of extreme exercise without specific purpose, outside of a controlled environment and in this case without any back support. And any footage of him warming up first? lol

    You're 100% right. It's faked for PR...

190kg to be honest, isn't a lot of weight for a 250 pound man. I know 150 pounders who are doing that. Hell, I know 165 pounders doing that for reps. Now obviously he isn't even training to lift really heavy weight. But 190kg's is laughable for any strong 250 pounder.

The common bodybuilding look of this massive chest and hunched over shoulders thing isn't natural. Bodybuilders have overdeveloped chest compared to the rest of their body. Strapping a bar to your chest while laying on your back and then pushing it up isn't natural at all. But bending over and picking something up or squatting down to pick something up is very natural.
