Does anybody know why these fighters dint call out Pacquiao?

the sad part? im not making any of that up....that was actually said....nor am i pulling the ******* tactic of twisting quotes and taking them out of context

 

So...this fact is ignored when Mayweather is brought up, Promoter, network rivalry don't mean nothing when you say Floyd is ducking Pacquiao....so why is it relevant with these other GBP/Haymon fighters? Now all of a sudden it's a legit reason why fights not happening?
