It's simple. No one is going to prison and the only thing Floyd's legal issue can do is push a possible matchup with Manny a little later in the year. That is it. So I am not concerned with it at all, yet all I keep reading is how people keep saying Floyd is going to prison.

Let me enlightened you. Take a closer look at the woman who is accusing him. A baby momma who doesn't have a job and is living in a house Floyd is paying for.:think:verysad Now lets add that she is the same woman who accused Floyd of domestic violence back in 2003 after Floyd destroyed Gatti. And during the trial she admitted to lying about the whole incident.:think:verysad Add to that, I haven't read anywhere of any obvious signs of abuse: no bumps or bruises. Same for his kids he supposedly beat up too. All this = a walkthrough acquittal for any good lawyer, which Floyd will have the best on his payroll. I wouldn't say a word if she came back looking like Rihanna after Chris Brown whooped dat ass. But nothing. Not buying it.

And the iPhone disappearance? You think any good lawyer couldn't make a case about the phone just getting lost. Especially without any witnesses other than the baby momma's word against Floyd's. Yeah, that case is as good as thrown out.

Now this finger pointing incident.:patsch Nothing but a get rich quick scheme by a security guard. The cops are going to turn the case over to the D.A. and that person isn't going to waste his time. I mean is that what we spend tax dollars on nowadays. Taking mutha****as to trial for finger pointing. Would a court judge actually be willing to sit through that. All I see coming from this is the prosecution using it for an example in their case.

Don't pay so much attention to the number of charges because that is what the prosecution always does. The more charges you can make on the accused, the more likely one will stick.

Bottomline, Floyd ain't going to jail. His baby momma is a "gold digger" living off of Floyd's child support payments(like 50 cent's baby momma, who doesn't have a job yet is walking around with Gucci purses:-(). She probably is the type to badmouth Floyd in front of their kids, which, if you have kids, you'll know that is a cardinal sin you never do.

If Floyd vs Manny doesn't happen, it won't be because of prison.:nono

Strange paradox that you trust the woman because said she's a liar.:nut

Considering Floyd's unsavory history of beating up women, it's much more likely that he paid her to recant. Kinda like the stripper that snapped the fishnet pics of Oscar.

You didn't have to write all that. All you had to write was, "He's famous."

if he hit her, lock him up!... but i don't think he did... and i don't think they will.

imo he probably grabbed her and maybe smacked her around a little with an open hand.

if he really "hit" her she would have been marked up. (floyd can punch a little no?)

and if she was marked up at all... those pics would have been everywhere in the media... but nothing?

i don't excuse bullying a woman... but i doubt he'll do time for it.
[then again those officials in nevada might be getting a little tired of the mayweather clan!]

Hes rich, they can have that **** delayed and pushed off for eternity.

**** I mean look at R Kelly, he had that trial delayed for like 5 years and then he was aquitted. They had a ****ing video tape and their defense basically consisted of 'that wasnt him'

You think that matters to a jury. :rofl They deal with the facts of the case. Not what may or may not have happened.

Not a damn thing. It has everything to do with enlightening those who think the fight won't happen because Floyd will be in prison. Not sure why you bother reading if wanted to talk boxing. The headline was quite obvious what this thread would be about.:huh

The key word here is repeat offender. Ive explained this in another thread because I have an abused employee (husband choked her). Husband facing 7 to 16 years. I was whoah what??. I asked her last week wheres the husband, hes in jail. I was like damn, they werent fukin around.

Repeat offender its automatic. Im no lawyer but Im pretty sure thats the technicality of it.

  14. A court ordered a restraining order. Floyd has to, by law, stay away from his ex-ho and his 2 sons. Don't you think that if Floyd didn't beat his ex-ho, his sons would have stepped up and defended him?

    :patsch:patsch:patsch:patsch:patsch:patsch

Wow. Don't I feel ashamed. How dare I mix 2003 with 2005. You did good catching that. Go buy a cookie, it's on me.:happy

And no, he won't do any time. But if you have an idea why you think so, feel free to post. But somehow, I doubt it. Floyd ain't in the military. Those who have been in the military know what I mean by that statement.
