Does anyone actually believe that PW can make 147 again

Do you really hate PW that much for beating Margarito?

If he beats pavlik and thats a big if, he will never box at welter again, even if he loses he'll probably fight someone at 154, i think PW has had his last fight at 147

His coach in an article was talking of outweighing Pavlik in their fight . . . it's illogical to think that PW can still make 147 lbs. healthy.

I don't know but going back to 147 could prove a bit of a risk for him! zhe doesn't look like a 147 pounder.

 

If he goes back to 147 is gonna be a tough fight 4 him... He'll fight an elite level who could (as I've always been saying) be his next Quintana... It's not a question of if but a q? of when will that happen........... will it be Mosley? maybe Cotto, who knows... any top tier fighter with decent handspeed and good boxing abilities + a bit of a chin can and will do it, as previously demonstrated by Carlito Quintana!

 

It may not matter. The post Pavlik careers of several other fighters have been far from impressive, and weight was not a factor.

 

I think we can safely say that that's bull****. Pavlik steps into the ring on fight night at well over 170.
