Does anyone actually want to see AJ v Wlad 2?

I'd love to see the rematch. Wlad and Fury are the only two decent opponents out there for Joshua.

Pulev? Anyone with a reach advantage has a great chance against him. Poor defence and zero head movement. AJ would spark him out in two.

Ortiz? He'd do better but is slow and would need to take quite a bit of punishment to get close enough.

Deonkey will likely never step up and has no desire to. He'll press for a fight with Bellew, batter him, and then go back to thwacking dog toys like Molina, Martin and Rossy for eternity.

Joe Parker isn't that great. I'd expect him to soil himself in front of a back crowd and get fired out within 5 rounds.

I believe most Wlad fans that don't want to see it are afraid he will lose again.
Most Joshua fans that don't want to see it are afraid he will lose this time.
And most neutral fans that don't want to see it, can't appreciate a good HW fight.

 

This is the rematch of all rematches. Only bigger one would have been Lewis Vitali.

On one hand the first was a cracker but it had a clear ending. AJ won conclusively in the end despite weathering a storm and looking less then stellar for a round or two. It was a great fight, i could see a second fight being a bit of a dud both guys no they can be hurt and badley so it will be a more cautious jab fest. The first fight showed us AJ could get his jab going and force Wlad back, He could also do some good work inside. Wlads jab was as good as ever but he couldn't dominate the fight with it like he used to.

It will make big $ so i think it will happen, but factor in age and the fact Joshua should improve can only see one winner.

 

Pulev is an absolute disgrace for his last two fights and turned down two good offers from Matchroom for a Joshua fight already. That's the reason why we had to endure Molina last year. Not only does he not deserve the Joshua fight he has less in his arsenal than WK. You'd have to be mad not to want to see a rematch after Wembley. If WK had just stepped on it a bit in the 5th or 6th he would have won. A lot of unanswered questions still and it's probably a 60/40 fight in AJ's favour as opposed to a 90/10 which would be the case for me if it's Pulev next.

 

Whats there for Wlad to gain from a rematch? He's lost to Josh, a rematch win would put it at 1-1 and Joshua will defo ask for a third. Can Wlad fight even one more fight forget two? Klitschko lost by KO, not controversial UD nothing else needs to be said. The fight did what it set out to do; begin Joshua's reign as top dog whilst confirming that Wlad is in fact an ATG and not just the ruler of a weak division.

 

I think Klitschko would be more than happy at the prospect of leaving it at 1-1. You're right though, AJ put him to bed with a brilliant finish. He was a deserved winner....but he almost lost and people want to see if he can put a more improved, dominant performance together in a rematch.

 

Definitely, the 1st fight was top drawer.

1). A rematch would generate big money.

2). With Fury still out the game, Wlad is the best opponent out there... he beats Wilder and Parker all day long.

 

The first fight was exciting, the best heavyweight fight in years......................the rematch would be 50/50 in my opinion. Vlad has never lost a rematch, he was out boxing Joshua, almost knocked Joshua out, should have finished him...................both were on the canvas, how exciting can you get? Vlad can knock Joshua out, and Joshua can knock Vlad out, so it's a good fight..................Wilder would not stand a chance against Vlad or Joshua....................right now they are to two best boxers in the world today, unless Fury gets into shape, then the big fight will be Fury Vs. Joshua, or if Vlad wins, Fury against Vlad, both are rematches................nobody wants to see Joshua fight Pulev, Vlad knocked Pulev out in the 5th round already....................

 

1st fight was a beauty but hard to imagine vlad improving and keeping up with Joshua's momentum. People going on like it was luck or 50/50 or equal in the 11th. So what he got smoked makes no odds at all. Vlad hurt Joshua but his legs were solid throughout
