Does anyone actually want to see GGG vs Canelo 3?

His management was greatly improved upon from what it was in the beginning in Germany, when they valued Felix Sturm and Zbik over him. If he continued with Universum, I think its called, he would still be unknown today. So in that regard he grabbed the bull by the horns and headed for America with just his Gym bag. So he's kind of a underdog success story. So in that regard they did good in marketing him .Great improvement from what it was.

 

They definitely did great marketing him, but didn't do much with resume. Marketing brings you serious paydays, not much for legacy. That's a sign of good management, but not great sadly. There's a problem when a fighter ends his career with a question mark. Even Calzaghe, who basically stayed in one place defending one title his entire career, eventually scored big enough fights. That's where he legitimized his abilities. As I said, marketing brings you the paydays, but not much for legacy. In the long run, people remember you based on what you did, few remember and care for hypetrains/fads.

 

No because it wouldn't be a even playing field and Canelo can't be ko'd so there would be no way he would win..

God willing things normalize,I would like to see GGG vs Canelo 3, and if that's another Great close fight then I would like to see GGG fight Charlo and Andrade, at middleweight or Plant at supermiddle, who has been calling him out. At this age Benevediz and Smith might be too big young and hungry for the aging GGG, but i wouldn't rule out GGG beating either of these guys either. I also would like to bypass the Szeremeta fight even though for some reason he is highly ranked by the alphabet organisations and the Ring mag.

incomparable, Kov took a deal that really was JUST FOR MONEY, GGG was far more pro, he wouldn't of took the fight under the same circumstances. With a proper recovery an camp, Kov could've jabbed his way to a ud even past prime against ginge

 

I really don't see him going any further after the third fight with Alvarez. If that fight doesn't happen, then I probably see him fighting one or two tomato cans and then retire. I may sound negative, but that's just my honest opinion.

First 2 fights were close. Gennady has slipped a bit but never write him off.

 

I would like to see these two fight other opponents. I cannot speak for others, but there is no magic in anticipating the outcome in this proposed fight.
