Way to beat Tyson is to attack, push him back and make him think, fluster him. Don't let him catch you standing straight up or stepping straight back. Holy fought the perfect game plan against Tyson.

When you need to clinch, clinch but clinching is NOT how you beat Tyson.

It's a vital part of an elaborate strategy on how to beat him.

The only guys to beat a prime-ish Tyson, Douglas and Holyfield, tied him up/pushed him back whenever he closed the distance. It was the only way to prevent him from gaining leverage to set up his offense. I frankly don't see anyone beating prime Tyson with minimal clinching.

I go back on forth on a Foreman-Tyson match-up, but I don't think George was good enough a boxer to really beat Tyson. Blasting out Frazier and Norton was impressive, but neither guy really had a sturdy set of whiskers. Tyson did. He was also a lot faster and hit harder than either of them, with a more effective defense than Frazier. If Ron Lyle could slug with Foreman and almost win, then I'd pick Tyson to beat him especially if Foreman isn't allowed to push him.

Ali is the only guy that has a chance.

Tyson never saw the day he beats prime Foreman. He would **** himself before the opening bell.

The Foreman who fought Lyle was just off a year and a half layoff. Not prime Foreman.
