Does anyone care about the Matthysse vs Postol fight?

    They had the presser the same day as Floyd vs Berto and the fight is for the WBC super light weight championship. Every one seemed interested when Garcia was set to fight him and now it gets no mention when it's Matthysse.

    Lucas has earned this fight the super hard way, by getting ****ed over again and again. Hopefully "The Machine" fights his heart out and gets his long deserved belt.

    Boxing is bigger than mutha****ing Mayweather ESB. I've got tickets to that fight in Carson.

    Matthysse should kock Postol out....................should be a good fight while it lasts. Matthysse knocked Peterson out in the 3rd round, should be champion. Garcia was saved by his person referee when in the last round Matthysse hurt him, Garcia's mouth piece flew out of his mouth, so instead of getting the extra mouth piece from Garcia's corner, the ref took a lot of time to look for the mouth piece so as to give Garcia time to recover. Garcia's referee allowed Garcia to elbow, headbutt, land on low blow after another, etc., after that fight Garcia has never been the same..............

    I do wish Matthysse lots of luck because he deserves a title, he's been cheated many times............

    I'm always excited to see Matthysse fight. Why wouldn't any fan of the sport be? People who don't like him are not to be trusted. In fact, I wouldn't object if they were all rounded up and forcibly removed from the gene pool. I just fundamentally do not like them. They are my enemy.

    And yes, it makes me sick how he's been f*cked over time and time again. It's disgusting how he's been treated.

    Yes. On the one hand this is a huge step up for Postol (his best wins to date being Aydin, Lundy, Corley & Piston). On the other hand Matthysse has struggled with a lesser fighter post-Garca (Molina) and Postol could be a bad style for him.
