Does anyone else hope groves' fight isn't shown by sky?

i hear what your saying, but i like groves. Be good to see him getting more tv exposure

 

I just like to see Boxing really. I don't mind..it's not stopping me watching other fighters and it be nice to see him under the bright lights..even against a journeyman. I like to look back in 3-4 years and think back to night i watched him fight in U.S.

 

I definitely get what u mean, I want to see how he gets on but the undercard is so good and I dont want to see him at the expense of some of the other fights, also Frankie Gomez supposed to be having his TV debut is he not?

 

I'd hopefully they'll stick it in as a filler if a couple of bouts end early.

 

Sky go on air at 2am, same as HBO. Groves isn't on the HBO undercard. Maybe if one or two undercard fights finish early Sky will squeeze the Groves fight in?

 

Gomez has fought on that Fight Night Club show that Golden Boy has once or twice, so it wouldn't be his TV debut.

 

Ahh cheers mate, sure I'd read it would be, probably said it would be his PPV debut.

 

Ishy is right. HBO are not even showing Mendy vs Bika by the looks of things. Shame its a better fight than 2 of the others.

I would be suprised if its not agaisnt a durable opponent at worst.

Aye, might be that. Although I'm not sure if that Fight Night Club programme is aired nationally in the states, or just in the south. So it could be his 'national TV debut' if you see?

Its likley we will see the 4 HBO show live and highlights of the others if any finish early. I see all those fight going the distance tbh.

I also think Groves US debut is uttlerly pointless. he would of been better headlining a friday fight night agaisnt Carl Dilks.
