And your refrain is "Morales was shot in the rematch". What will your excuse be if Hatton lost to Pacquiao?:hi:

Morales tried to showboat in the 12th thinking he was comfortably ahead in points. But he got tagged instead. He didn't realize that the scorecards were close. He was ahead by one point in all of the judges despite Pac fighting w/ one eye shut due to a headbutt.

if he wins he will win my respect like mayweather did when he beat hatton. Let me make my position clear manny's most noticable achievements have come at 130 lb or below he is unproven above the weight, fair enough he beats dela hoya he showed bulls by taking the fight but what did it show? the only think it showed me was oscar is was shot? other than this he is totally unproven above 130 lb to fight the lineal 140 lb who is #8 p4p isnt going to be a walk in the park like some say it is

I noticed Pac's straight up 1-2 has evolved. He can throw 1-2 to the body, he throws the 1-1-2 while circling to his right, he throws the 1-2 followed with the right uppercut, etc.. that combination is so versatile its scary.

The nicest is when he pops off a double jab while circling to his right and then fires his straight left from an angle where the opponent is expecting the punch to come from the right, but it actually comes from the left of his guard.

    too nice.

pacs not a typical southpaw. dont know what you've been watching? He's always been very unothodox his whole career, strange angles ,always off balance one foot on the ground when punching, but he makes it work. and has a really high hit connect percentage on the power punches even if the punch comes off awkward. I think his awkward style has proven to be a nusince for most fighters becuase they come in 1-2 inches off center making blocking a little bit annoying. its like target shooting with a shot gun, it aint acurate but it hits the general area and wittles away at the edges. I still dont think he can fight backward, as his only defense when fighting backward is a preemtive left cross. which often puts him in a strange position after the block with his head up high. one of the reasons i think they trained him to lateral more then not. if i was hatton i would faint watch for the cross then come in.

  5. Yeah he's so predictable.

Therefore, easily beatable, as his record suggests :patsch

1-2 then get out of range.... 1-2 then get out of range is designed for dela Hoya. Buboy Fernandez, his assistant trainer, thought of this strategy to avoid a counterpunch. I think this was used also against Marquez in the 2nd fight.

Actually Pacquaio has got way better. if you watch the way he fought Marquez in 2004 to how he fights now its hella different. He never used to throw right hooks, let alone to the body. Roach has made him a better boxer over the years but Hatton is the true test. Hatton is probably the fastest and strongest boxer hes ever faced, LETS GET IT ON!!!

Maybe in the days when Pac was considered a one dimensioanl fighter. Not anymore, when he can use both hands w/ equal speed and power. I believe he is predictable that he can deliver the telling blows to make him win. Ask Marquez who got knocked down in their last two fights. You've got to beat him first before you can say he's beatable. Fyi, he has not lost a fight in his 9 matches. :deal
That's what his records say. :nono

He does throw a 1-2 a lot. It's his base. He uses that to set up everything else...it's not like he's Mikkel Friggin Kessler with it.
