When you are comparing a small middleweight and a large heavyweight, size matters much more than anything else.

Be as unrealistic as you want, but wilder would destroy ggg. I would be willing to bet in either sparring or in actual bouts that wilder has dealt with more power than ggg would be able to dish out but I can't say the same about ggg. Not to mention the reach and height advantage involved in this fantasy fight where wilder is the same fighter he was back in the ams.

Paquiao is a rare exception, and the only one 8 divisions champion at that. In fact, what he did to Margarito is simply mind blowing. That fight is gold, its always good to rewatch it.

That would be the big difference in GGG actually pulling off something of this magnitude. I hear he has "Heavyweight power" so if that's true.....he could knock out a few corners against a green professional like Wilder. I just see Wilder's height and reach allowing him to avoid most of GGG head shots while having a huge physical advantage. And for GGG to take a TRUE HW's punch is a BIG unknown. Wilder for what it's worth has real HW power. And one punch can change everything.

For what it's worth....GGG to me is the future of the MW division and possible the future poster boy of the sport whenever Floyd and PAC hang'em up.

This is a serious thread. Bob Fitzsimmons went to Middleweight and beat a far superior fighter than Wilder. Jones went from Middlweight and beat a superior fighter to Wilder.

Wilder is crap. GGG hits him on his china and he's done.

GGG would likely use Wilder's heavyweight power (which has not been tested as power to anyone that hasn't took a dive or isn't a tomato can) as a light refreshment, like he did with Geale's best shot, on the way to landing his own match fight ending bomb, after all Charlie Zelenoff, who is smaller than GGG took a couple of shots from Windmiller no problems.
