The sudden weight gain in his last fight 270 pounds which is way above his normal weight seemed a bit sus to me.

Now I don't want to jump to conclusions because I do like Parker but he seemed to gain alot of mass very quickly and as I said its way above his normal weight.

Yes he is on PEDs. I said it a while ago. He was pictured with the same doctor Conor Benn and Dennis McCann were with and they both failed drug tests.

This is why he overcompensates and always brings up his trainer and nutritionist non stop to make people believe that’s the reason for his change.

He has been on PEDs at least since he joined Fury's camp where was working with that relatively well known PED doctor, but could easily have been earlier considering how this and other elite sports work. But I don't believe that is the reason for his changes, its hard for a lot of people to understand how genuinely bad his strength and conditioning was before for an elite athlete.

Parker had that old school mentality of getting up at 5am and running 10kms every day, then pushing your body until collapse regularly, that combined with eating junk, partying and blowing up between fights and all that, its a miracle he made it to world champ. Its no wonder he fell out of love with boxing for a while.

Seriously you can watch his old videos and the guy barely knew how to lift a weight. So it makes sense that now that he has a decent dedicated strength and conditioning coach and nutritionist that he has a bit of a transformation, he's effectively had his noob gym gains. Plus he hasn't been fighting that often so a lot of time to work in the weight room, plus he is Samoan.

    So you’re excusing PEDs?

Man he 'could' be. But until he actually pops dirty we have to say no.

He could be. Just like Dubois. But like @BCS8 said, until they pop, they should be perceived as clean.

There’s pictures of Parker with the PED doctor. It’s obvious. There is no such thing of Dubois. Dubois is a clean fighter.

Of course not, I am just a realist in that PEDs are a part of the sport whether we like it or not. The testing is expensive, varied and not even that good at catching a range of different PEDs, a lot of fighters don't even sign up to it.

Even the best, most rigorous testing in the world won't catch a lot of PEDs or drug cheating, Lance Armstrong beat over 200 tests for example and he was one of, if not the, most tested person on the planet. And when we are talking millions of dollars on the line its naive to think these guys aren't taking at least a little something, even if its just to aid in recovery out of camp.

That said I still think testing and drug enforcement is good thing, it helps to keep things at least a bit more balanced and stop guys taking the **** and coming in roided out of their minds. Or helps to keep professionalism in the sport and stop fighters getting to sloppy like Ryan Garcia.

I don't have much faith in testing, but this is the only answer. We can suspect who we like, but a failed test is the only way we know for certain

They all are. So unless someone pisses hot there's no reason to suspect one person over another.

Hands up, who actually believes any elite athlete isn't? You are not very worldly

I think "because he took a photo with someone" is a bit of a weak accusation for PED use, don't you?
