Does anyone else think that Wilder is a terrible matchup for Usyk?

I don't need to have seen him hurt to know that if Wilder lands, Usyk is going to sleep.

Wilder has power that can normally switch anybody off, if he lands on anybody with that right hand then they are in some sort of trouble.

I think and so do most people that Usyk is a very clever boxer, almost genius at times, he understands rhythm and breaking rhythm but with Wilder.. he could have problems because Wilder isn't the best technically, he is also so unpredictable with his movements and punches, he is so wild at times that I don't think he has any rhythm to crack, there isn't a pattern with him.

I'd pick Usyk but Wilder landing something huge is never out of the question.

Correct me if wrong but I don't think Usyk has been down in a professional fight. Fury is the tougher fight due to size and being a better fighter than Wilder, who by the way does not deserve a HW Title fight.

who else heard that Wilder got his clock cleaned by Harold Sconiers :^) Usyk eats him alive and it's 50/50 between him and Fury. I favour him over Fury. But what do I know, Fury won't even sign

Only because Wilder would have a massive punchers chance. Other than that he's outgunned in ever department, maybe except heart.

No. Wilder doesn't lay a glove on Usyk.

Usyk boxes in a tight circle till Wilder forgets what a central line is. Granted, she may catch up with Usyk and explosive right cross is always a dangerous weapon against lefty.

If Wilder is able to pin point his laser precision onto Usyk then lights out! Usyk has the gas tank in the long run though. My 2leg parley would be Wilder and the under.

As big as a can-crushing generational hype job fraud as The Dosser is, he obviously has a massive right hand and deadly KO power and for that reason alone he would be very dangerous for as long as he was still standing.

That being said, he doesn't deserve a goddamn shot at the Alabama state title let alone a world title shot or a shot at King Usyk and it will be an absolute disgrace if he gets one.

He's forged an entire career crushing cans, only beaten 2 world champions in 46 fights - one of whom was shot to bits and was 2-4 in their previous six fights, 3 of those losses via KO or stoppage, the other was the useless Stiverne.

And if that wasn't bad enough, he's 1-2 in his last three fights, both losses sans one round via brutal one-sided KO or TKO on his own soil, and the win was over a very chinny senior citizen former sparring partner who not only fought like a lobotomized moron lunging in face first with his hands down but his resume, as difficult as this is to believe, is even worse than The Dosser's is, or at least over the last 11 or so years it is. And he got KTFO by 2 of the cans The Dosser crushed

    Regarding Usyk and Fury's chins

Fury was dropped heavily by KO 32% CW Cunningham

And he was dropped heavily by KO KO 27% HW Pajkic

And badly hurt and almost dropped by KO 24% HW Firtha

Usyk has fought more punchers and KO artists than any other current champ I can think of and certainly in his last 10 fights he has and he's never been badly hurt or down against any of them

    Gassiev
    AJ
    Briedis
    Chisora
    Bellew
    Glowacki
    Huck
    Hunter

In the WSB down at HW level

Wilder always has a chance.... But think Usyk too clever and will avoid the big punches.... And has a good chin... So even if it lands he might be ok.... I am also not convinced Wilder is the same boxer he used to be... Also starting to get old

Malik is a lame yes man who most likely thinks anyone Black beats everyone of the opposite, you know the type that is so repetitively seen in Boxing.

No Wilder has been outboxed for large periods against mediocre boxers, the only good thing Wilder has in his favour is the straight right hand which is good against Southpaw. But I don't think any 1 punch would get Usyk out of there, and Wilder isn't skilled enough to repeatedly catch Usyk.

Why is that? If Wilder avoided most of the top 10 in this era why would he suddenly fight them in that era?

    Wilder can't outbox Usyk.

But the best punch against a southpaw is Wilder's best punch ... the right hand.

And Wilder hasn't outweighed anyone for 10 years. Wilder won't have to give up 40 pounds in this one. If he and Usyk are close in weight or Wilder is heavier, that's even better for Wilder.

Usyk will have to work while Wilder just looks to waste him with the right.

And it's not a slow right hand. He often quickly throws a left first as a distraction so they don't see the right coming.

If he catches Usyk coming in, it could end with Usyk face first on the floor.

It's not a fight that requires a high degree of analysis.

If Usyk gets caught, he'll lose. Suddenly.

    About as simple as that.

It'll be great if the fight happens. High drama the whole time.

    LOL! :D

Usyk would out box Wilder to the point of embarrassing him
