i have only seen a few photos, most from strange angles.

in none of them was his face drawn like he is having to slim down to make weight.

he always had a long narrow frame with small shoulders.

similar to dlh in build .

Fat is such an overused term - especially on these forums.

Tito will never physically look like he did back in the day due to his inactivity and the fact he is stepping up in weight. People said he was fat against Wright, which is a bit nonsensical if you ask me.

I think he will be in pretty good condition. He has a slight build anyway and is by no means cut / ripped. I think he will be in good condition for the fight but I guarantee there will be the odd cynic who will say he hasn't trained a lick.

I think it might just be an unflattering angle. I'll keep an eye out for some more pictures before I pass final judgement.;)

Good point. I must confess the closer it gets the more intrigued I get with this fight.

i dont mean fat like overweight i mean fat like winky was against hopkins,i dont think tito expects it to go past 6 because he doesnt look to have trained for endurance,i personally dont think tito should be fighting as high as 170.

No, I was a bit shocked when the fight was announced. I think Trinidad is banking on power and getting Jones out of there in the first half of the fight. You can get a body hard but I think to build endurance for a fight it has to be done over a career. I'm not sure Tito can now do it after inactivity and with the extra poundage. Time will tell.

i am really looking foward to this fight.i pick roy to win,i think he can stop tito late if hes willing to take chances,if he fights safety first it'll be a ud.

:good.tito is a modern day great but i dont see this fight possibly goin any other way.i dont even think its possible for tito to land a lucky shot early to shake roy up,i see it being a winky-tito type domination but more brutal,i say roy by 9

He does look 'fat', and i use that term loosely

I suppose bloated would be a better term to use

I seen a couple of vids on youtube; Jones looks defined and in great shape - Tito doesn't
