No. A fighter does not necessarily have to be a clone of his idol in order to look to him for inspiration.

How could he not be inspired by Ali? Its like a footballer not having admiration for pele.

Wlads favourite fighter is not Ali, that is PR bull**** to make him seem more approachable and appealing to masses of sheeple. True story.

Don't forget also that Ali hates white people. Is it possible that Wlad is part of a militant black power organization?

It seems to me Wlad respects all former HW champs, I don't find that odd at all.

Ali is one of the best, why is it odd for him to be considered a rolemodel?

It is odd, glad someone else has notice it. If Ali were around in the same era he would bad mouth the Klitschko's just like Haye did.

    Maybe even worse.

I'm not sure if he's a role model, but they certainly look up to him.

Its not odd in the least.

Thats like someone questioning me because i dont act or fight like my Favorite boxer (God i am glad i dont have the personality of Floyd)

You play the hand you are dealt and fight to your strenghts, not try and emulate someone you could and will never be.
