Does anyone find Lamon Brewster´s accusations of Robert Helenius ironic?

Why is it ironic? Because someone accused him of cheating it means he can't accuse someone else of cheating?

I've watched the fight a few times, Brewster just happened to have on gloves and was near the ring when Wald fell down, it was nothing Brewster done.....

First, Wlad cause that damage in his first fight an added on to it in his second, an Second, it is karma for putting drugs in wlad water to win your fight, an even drugged, Dr. Steelhammer whipped that ass an ****ed up that eye for four rounds

Well then I have to admit he does have good reasons to be suspicious. It´s truly amazing how much unprofessional stuff goes on in boxing. If it´s the rule that someone gets to watch the hands getting wrapped, then that should happen every time and the boxer be disqualified if his team prevents it from happening.

Nope you´re kind of missing the point because the accusations of someone poisoning Klitschko were not necessarily against Brewster himself. I don´t think he was actually ever accused of cheating himself. If there was indeed cheating in their fight, it could have been by people related to Don King or simply someone betting on the fight.

It´s the way Brewster dismissed Wlad´s suspicions and acted like his body punching had worn Wlad down (Brewster hardly landed anything on Wlad up until the very end). Then now, when he goes into a fight, taking a serious risk with his health and gets the worst of it, he seems completely certain there was cheating involved. I can´t know if there was cheating myself, but it shouldn´t be any surprise that he sustained the damage he did if everything was normal in the fight. You don´t need loaded gloves to add enough to the damage Brewster already had in order for him to go blind. Brewster should realize that he made a bad choice in risking his health like he did.

If Wlad was indeed drugged, I doubt Brewster himself was behind it. More likely it was Don King, Brewster´s team or just somebody betting a lot of money on the fight.

Pretty much. Even those punches he did land at the very end didn´t seem to connect that well. Wlad was already falling down from exhaustion anyway.

I was just going to say it. He has some retina problems long before Helenius fight and he kept fighting while past prime... and even when he was in his prime, his defence was far from good. It was just asking for trouble... and at this stage Helenius didn't need to do anything illegal to win.

The odds always get closer before a fight. It's well known in boxing that you bet on an underdog as early as possible and a favourite as late as possible. I don't know what happend in this fight but it is understandable him being angry since he lost vision in an eye. Genuinley do not think there was any foul play against Klitschko though.

I love how ridiculous some of these Klitschko fans are. He is a better fighter than Brewster no dought but the loss was legit. Brewster WAS connecting with big shots in the 5th so let's not pretend Wlad just fell over. Brewster was a hard hitting brawler at the time and Wlad had question marks over his chin and stamina, this kind of thing happens.
