BJ has improved the only thing he was missing and that's his cardio and conditioning. His strength and conditioning that he has been doing has been paying dividends that's why going 4 rounds with kenny and diego was nothing and he didn't slow down at all. He's not that old yet I think BJ has a few good years at a high level yet especially if he keeps his motivation up.

BJ Penn has the best BJJ credientials out of any high level MMA fighter. Also Aldos only loss is via submisson.

BJ is not much slower than Aldo. And has better hands.

I did not question BJ 's abilty to sub Aldo , beleive me i didnt so relax , i mereley made the point that Also's GG is the supposidly the strongest part of his game , now bearing in mind he has lethal fast unpredictable extremely well rounded Anderson Silva like stand up id say thats a pretty big statement . :good
