Does anyone here really and seriously think MAB will pull the upset?

    he wants this fight.

It has nothing to do with money, MAB has been haunted by his loss and wants to set things straight.

I don't count MAB out. Sure, he's definately post-prime, but he is more skilled than Pac, and he has motivation to burn. He knows that if he pulls this one out of the bag, it is HUGE for his legacy. He has been blitzed by Pac before, but is clearly a mentally strong fighter, so he will leave it all out there this time. Also, he knows Pac's style and I don't think Pac has developed all that much as a fighter. MAB will have trained smart, I am sure. He knows what did him in last time and he will have a plan to avoid that happening again, and he will fight smart. It's just a question of whether he can stick to it every second of every round or not.

His body may just not be up to it anymore, but Pac has had a lot of distractions, and if MAB has one last great effort left in him, and Pac has an off night, it can happen.

That being said, I still think Pacman will take it. However, though I would be surprised if MAB wins, I wouldn't be SHOCKED. I don't think he WILL pull the upset, but I definately think he MIGHT do it.

    War Barrera!

Actually, I like both these guys, and I think it's better for boxing if Pacman takes it, so I would be happy for MAB to lose a competitive, hard-fought decision. It would be a nice feel-good result if MAB took a decision, but I would prefer him to be ahead after 8 rounds and then have Pac come on strong, leaving no doubt that Barrera's skills would have taken him to victory if his legs were a bit younger, but avoiding a prime Pac suffering a somewhat embarrassing, momentum-killing defeat to a faded ATG.

i totally disagree that mab is mentally tougher than pac. pac suffered an ugly cut against morales but still managed to put up a fight against him. mab gets beaten up by pac and he uses headbutts and illegal punches to get back, he was beaten by jmm and he punched him after clearly knocking jmm down, which negated his kd and greatly afected his chances in that fight. if mab was mentally tough, he wouldn't have done those things IMO

I didn't say he was toughER, I just said he was tough. He won't crumble like a Gotota or a Tyson or even a Trinidad. He may get blown out, but he will be going balls to the wall mentally until Pac turns his lights out. MAB wants this one real bad. He will give his all in the ring. The question is whether or not his body can handle the Pac attack.

MAB will have to box the smartest fight of his life at this point. I believe he has a chance, but Pac has to have an off night. MAB should do better than the first fight, though, but I'm afraid it won't be enough to pull of the upset.

I wish MAB would, but I believe his body couldn't pull it anymore.

Its an embarrassing insult to put MAB against PAC. PAC needs fighters that will test him not a 2nd rate fighter that MAB is now. MAB should have had a rematch with JMM instead, would have been a better fight. they're in the same level.
