does anyone honestly doubt that technical skills have gotten worse in boxing?

There you go right there? I got you...

You train Muy Thai, so you don't know **** about real boxing. Mua Thai is TOTALLY DIFFERENT.

No wonder your speaking such bull****. And you wrestle around with men like a pure gay homosexual.

You should post up a video of you hitting a bag so everyone can laugh.

After PBF, JMM and Hopkins retire there won't really be any elite technicians in the sport. The only elite level technician left IMO will be Ward. People now rely too much on athleticism or power.

Ward is a true technician can adjust and find more than one way to beat you. He can fight on the outside, mid and on the inside he reads his opponents and capitalizes on their mistakes. Ward is the best young technician in the game.:deal

Bradley is definitely up there too. I think Dawson is a great technician as well, but he could have done more against Tarver...and Pascal.

Pascal is not bad either. I think Bute is good too and Calderon was a very good technician too.

Blame Micky Ward, Klit girls, and Frank Warren for protecting their fighters who make far too much money per fight even without real boxing skills.

You guys are nuts. Boxing skills are MORE developed now than before.

Boxing rules have changed considerably and the style has changed accordingly.

Mexicans are some of the most techinically ineffective boxers around. In fact, it is my belief that if we have any hope of reviving the prevalence of the technically skilled boxers of yesteryear, that hope will lie in the Cubans, who I believe will soon dominate many lighter weight divisions traditionally dominated by Mexicans, who already have shown a decreasing presense in the sport with very few young prospects on the horizon.
