His weight for some odd reason was held from the viewers... He is known for gaining weight, but the Cotto on that night still look the same from the previous weigh in the day before. He look tired in my opinion by the fourth round. This has to be ask, im betting he wasn't over 150 lbs.

He wasn't tired he was hurt. Thats why he went down, or is your memory out of whack. In fact I had him winning the round until Manny dropped him.

He still had the energy to dance around in the later rounds. No way you can do that when your tired.

He didn't look as big as other fights but he still looked healthy.

its not an excuse, he got beat fair and square, but u have to wonder, yea he looks in shape, if he was competing in a fitness contest but cotto usually does gain about 12 pounds, his face looked suck in, and actually looked thinner than pac. explain how is that possible? he was sucking air after 4 rounds. he is a big bone guy not a huge guy and 2 look smaller than pac? but credit 2 pac 4 a dominating win and if cotto was dehydrated thats on him and his camp.

Here you go, watch the fight over... If you have a "sharp eye" you could clearly see Cotto tiring down by the end of the fourth. He even let Manny of the ropes and stop attacking when Manny was allowing him to be hit at the 22 minute of the video. His breathing heavily was evident and you could clearly see that when he gets drop with a few seconds left as hes breathing hard through the count. The fifth round was his last effort and you could also see by the end Cotto's shots were getting weaker and slower with not great impacts. Dancing around neccessarly doesn't mean having energy at all times, it could also be finding time to catch some air and not engage to recover from earlier rounds. :good

Try to compare Cotto's speed while on backpedal in his fights.

That was the fastest Cotto on his backpedal ever. I saw his backpedal against Margarito, Shane Mosley, and Cllotey, and those were sluggish motions. Cotto was bouncing even in the 9th round, not exactly plodding alone. He looks conditioned that Pac was so frustrated going after him. How many times did Pac reckoned his disgust with the running?

Well if he wasn't backwards, yet Cotto was pressuring Pacquiao off the ropes, then where was Pacquiao going? Certainly it wasn't forward.

Looking and actually being healthy are two big differences. An example are body builders look great when they compete, but the facts are believe it or not they are in their weakest points. Their eating gets very minimal towards competition and only drink lots of liquids. Cotto look great, but was he actually healthy 100%, we would never know, his weight was never release on fight night and when you have fighters like Mayweather, Mosley, and Campbell saying weight could be a huge problem for a fighter, you have to think about it at least.

It's ridiculous making fights at catchweights when we have 17 weightclasses.
I know he doesn't have a lot of power. But Freddy ''Mr catchweight'' Roach is making me sick with all his f*cking ideas. Now he says he wants JMM at 145. UF!:patsch

Well, when you're against the ropes, you sure as hell can't go backwards. Regardless, Pacquiao cannot fight going backwards. Does anybody pay attention? Is this site full of novices and lamen? How hard is this to notice?
