I'm not sure i can remember a boxer being able to drop the pounds so quick, he always comes into a fight ripped yet blows up huge between bouts.

Does anyone know exactly how he does it? (ie, diet, training ect)

He certainly seems to be able to drop bodyfat a lot easier then i can!

Training super hard to lose weight. Rumor has it more than half of his time in camp is fully dedicated to shedding 30lbs.

Im going to hazard a guess at clen,ECA and maybe GH.I find it hard to believe any elite athlete isnt on GH with it being undetectable.Throw in a 2000 calorie a day diet when he is burning 4-5000 calories a day then its easy to see how the weight drops so quickly.

exercise and diet are obvious, but even if he was just doing tons of cardio, it typically isn't that easy (at least, its not for me! )

I know Kerry Kayes is his traininer and nutritionist, is there anyone on here that is privy to his diet? I am curious how he does it because if he went low carb, high protein, i'd imagine he'd be too fatigued to train at the level he needs to train for a title fight

At any rate, whatever he does, i am impressed

Great genetics, I think. I can lose weight extremely fast, if I just cut out the fat in my diet in a week.

Shame that the fat little ****er cannot keep it up when he's not getting ready for a fight.

exercise, diet, youth, and part genetics. I've always heard he works extremely hard and intense in the gym when he is training
