Does anyone know exactly how hatton manages to drop bodyfat so easily?

    If it piles on quick, it drops off quick too. That and all the things already mentioned (except AIDS)

    Saw one of the 24/7 shows where he was eating. He had one boiled chicken breast, plain rice and broccolli. No fat content at all coupled with hard hard training, job done.

    To be honest, I think some of the stories about how he blows up between fights are exaggerated. Hatton has the type of body where the first place he puts on weight is his face, which makes him look fatter than he actually is. He's a chunky little beggar at the best of times anyway but he comes into the ring at about 156 and looks in great shape so even if he is 30lbs over his fighting weight (say 170) he's not going to be that fat! I dare say most of us who are in reasonably good shape could add a stone without looking morbidly obese for it.

    Used to be, she no longer works with him I believe.

    I knwo he burns up to 5000 calories per day, was on the Sky Series, thats ****ing mental.

    High Protein with low impact carbs and lots of gym time and road time....IMO( plus thisis how i used to cut weight and so did a lot of others i knew)

    There are a few things.

    Firstly......

    The weight that he puts on is artificial, i.e. a natural diet doesn't cause him to put on 40lbs. His diet however, of takaways, fried breakfasts and booze (and he can seriously drink) does.

    Secondly.....

    The amount of training he does, combined with his diet during training camp would cause anyone to lose a lot of weight.

    Firstly lol Kerry Kayes is a man and as stated no longer works with Hatton.

    Secondly I've never seen him walk in on fight night at 156, he is typically 149-151 based on a 140lb fight.

    Diet,he is young,good genetics ,training hard.
    His main reason is his trainer Javier Capetillo who is an excellent physical trainer.Ig you notice he also trains another guy that blows up a lot in Jorge Arce and Arce always makes weight when he has said many times it kills him.

    i guess thats the reason why he's training 12 weeks for the fight with Manny..I just dont know if he's doing the same with hs previous fights

    Spot on , a lot of the weight isnt really fat its just fluid

    and he works f**kin hard
