Does anyone know exactly how hatton manages to drop bodyfat so easily?

    Just consider yourself at Christmas (or Thanksgiving for Americans) the amount of **** you eat/drink....

    All of a sudden it drops off over a few weeks.

    That is basically Hatton's out of training lifestyle.

    Most of the weight he puts on is 'beer weight' and as such easy to shift

    If it was your job to train every day you could probably do it. I still can't see how a top athlete can blow up like he does between fights, but then I just don't get fat people.

    I doubt that he normally weighs as much as 40lb over fighting weight. There may have been one occasion when he ballooned up that high, but I think it's realistically more like 20-25lb. 160-165lb out-of-shape walk around weight seems normal for a 5'7" guy.

    Yes. This plus treadmill time, and lots of skipping rope, and windsprints.
