You don't see a facial resemblance? (Or in the physique, if you scale down?) "Williams" is of course an extremely common last name in the United states, but they also both have very odd and unusual first names. (Or anyway, it would be a little less surprising to me for a parent to name a baby "Cleveland" if his own name is "Holman". Bing Crosby named his daughter "Manhattan". (Just kidding.)
I do see a bit of a facial resemblance… but if they were indeed related, I'm sure we would already have heard about it.
