Kevin Anderson was a brilliant fighter coming out of scotland and has massive heart has some good wins under his belt, he won the british and commonwealth welterweight championship a few years ago. Since he fought a courageous Young Mutley lost his title against ali nuuembe and lost his last two fights against kevin mcintyre in 2008 and hasnt boxed since. What happened to him.
he's retired. too much hard fights too quick imo. he was fighting 3-4 12 rounders a year at quite a young age and it took its toll. shame but it is a lesson to some not to rush your career too quick.
He was flying up until the Muttley fight, then went to manchester, trained with one of the guys down there, became slow with the type of training and then took on McIntyre and lost, Would never had happened if hadnt moved.

I remember that fight with Young Mutley, a cracking ruck, I was always hoping for a rematch as Mutley was winning it until he got knocked out. I guess those losses Anderson had afterwards must have knocked his desire to box out of him because there's not been mention of him since.
he only moved to manchester because things were not going well with his training at home. but by that time it was too late and his career was on the slide. a really nice guy but think his promoter could have chose more learning fights before his title shots. he now works for his local council. on the roads i think.
