Does anyone know why Cotto didn't give Merchant an interview?

    First and foremost congratulations to both fighters it was a hell of a fight!

    I really enjoyed it! I don't think ANYONE can be upset at buying this PPV (even if all the other fights sucked imo)

    But does anyone know why Cotto left the ring early I was hoping to hear what he said?

    Cos he thought he won the fight...maybe, or that the scores should have been much closer

    Don't know why really, but serves him(Merchant) right.

    Probably had reservations because of the JuanMa incident. Can't blame him. Being goaded by some old A-hole after a loss.

    From what I can see he didn't do the post fight press conference either - that's a real shame.....

    Who cares, Cotto is not an "interview guy" anyway, what's the point of hearing "I thought I won the fight" when he didn't?

    Looked like he left everything in the ring, this after what looked like a great and hard training camp. Probably couldn't wait to just leave with his family.
