Does anyone know why Manuel Medina keeps getting title shots?

I don't believe I ever saw him go below the top ten. Besides Golota, he gets more title shots and at times wins. I believe he was a four or five time world champion within the last two decades. Other contenders should get together with his people to get a shot at a title. He has been around longer than dirt.

He is suppose to fight an eliminator for the IBF title. Some people are talking about him just going to straight to the title match all together.

b/c he's a a very good professional. He's won five world titles, and may very well win a 6th if he gets this shot. He's quietly building a hall of fame resume.

Quietly is a good word for him. He seems to just sneak up on the titles somehow. Don't get me wrong, the thread is not to take away his fighting abilities, but he sure does get a lot of title shots like say Golota. Also, have guys noticed that is seems to be the same guys fighting for the IBF SF title. Klassan, boliyi, Medina.

Medina would have beat Baloyi if his legs hadn't given out.

no, he got put on his ass. Nas fought despite recovering from the flu and was the first person to stop medina since a loss very early in his career. Medina went on to win titles a couple more times after that tko loss.
